      5. May be asked to participate in interviews with Producer via Skype or otherwise (which may or may not be recorded) and must be willing to do so if requested.

      6. If selected to participate in the Race, must timely complete a Participation Agreement (which will be furnished to you by Producer) and any other documents that Producer may require in its sole discretion.

    1. Rights Granted. You and each of your Teammates grant to Producer and any television network or station broadcasting or otherwise distributing the Race television series, and each of their respective assigns, successors, parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective licensees and advertisers (collectively, the “Producer and Distribution Entities ”), the irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license (but not the obligation) to interview each of you, to photograph, film, tape, and/or otherwise record such interviews, and to otherwise record, depict and re-enact your Story (which includes each of your name, voice, likeness, and any Material you provide and all other information supplied to Producer or which otherwise relates to your Story) and to use such recordings and/or Material in and in connection with the Race and the Race television series. 1. Miscellaneous. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the rights granted hereunder. These Terms of Registration and all questions arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws and decisions of the State of California without giving effect to the principles thereof relating to the conflicts of law.
